We embrace the role of technology to provide cost-effective case management, and our paralegal staff is adept at software programs. No project is too large; we understand our role is important on document-intensive cases and we welcome complex work.
Jennifer has 28 years of experience assisting attorneys in medical malpractice, personal injury, and employment litigation. She is accustomed to the volume of records involved in such cases, and is skilled at beginning and maintaining an organized database of records, key facts, and key witnesses. Jennifer has significant courtroom experience, having been in attendance at and responsible for exhibits in over 50 jury trials and legal proceedings. In preparing for trial, Jennifer has taken sole responsibility for the identification, organization, redaction, and marking of trial exhibits. She is regularly commended by judges and courtroom personnel for her organized approach to evidence. She has extensive experience with trial software programs Sanction and TrialDirector, and is adept at most software programs.
When outdoors, Jennifer spends time golfing, backpacking in the mountains, or hiking in the Boise foothills. She appreciates the challenge in exploring new areas of Idaho, and puts forth the same attitude and interest in her work.
Trina has over 14 years of experience in finance, office administration, and safety compliance. Trina formerly worked for the City of Poulsbo, Washington, in accounting and office administration for the Public Works Department. Trina’s experience includes participation on the safety committee and developing policies for OSHA compliance.
As a paralegal with JS Paralegal Services, Inc., Trina is effective at finding critical points when summarizing records and utilizes her finance background in analyzing damages. Deadlines and heavy workloads are no sweat for this gal.
When not in her office, Trina enjoys exploring Idaho’s beautiful backcountry with her husband, Niles, and German Short Haired Pointer, Bo. While committed to seeing client projects through to completion, Trina capitalizes on her personal time and plans a new adventure most every weekend.
Alison has worked with attorneys for 16 years, advancing from a runner position into a paralegal position over time. Alison formerly worked for Givens Pursley as a paralegal in the litigation sector, and attended and participated in trials, hearings, and depositions, managing evidence and displaying evidence electronically for the litigation team.
Alison currently works part time for JS Paralegal Services, Inc. As a paralegal with JS Paralegal Services, Alison organizes, summarizes, and manages large volumes of data. She also assists business-practice attorneys with their day-to-day operations. As with all of our team, no workload is too heavy and no deadline too impossible for Alison.
Alison enjoys time with her family and friends, hosts many gatherings at her home, and volunteers in the Basque community in her spare time.
