Jennifer has 30 years of experience assisting attorneys in medical malpractice, personal injury, and employment litigation. She is accustomed to the volume of records involved in such cases, and is skilled at beginning and maintaining an organized database of records, key facts, and key witnesses. Jennifer has significant courtroom experience, having been in attendance at and responsible for exhibits in over 60 jury trials and legal proceedings. In preparing for trial, Jennifer has taken sole responsibility for the identification, organization, redaction, and marking of trial exhibits. She is regularly commended by judges and courtroom personnel for her organized approach to evidence. She has extensive experience with trial software programs Sanction and TrialDirector, and is adept at most software programs.
When outdoors, Jennifer spends time golfing, backpacking, and mountain biking. She appreciates the challenge in exploring new areas of Idaho, and puts forth the same attitude and interest in her work.
Sandra was sought after by this company because of her avid reading and writing skills, interest in new matter, and hunger for knowledge. As a paralegal with JS Paralegal Services, Inc., Sandra identifies key issues within medical records and creates concise summaries for the attorneys' use.
Sandra spent the majority of her early adult years home-schooling her children, from kindergarten through 12th grade. "To teach is to learn twice." During this time and as an ongoing interest, Sandra took up studying medical material, herbal remedies, and physiology, advancing her knowledge base and seeking out learning from varied sources, including naturopaths, herbalists, dietitians, and nurses. She also expanded her animal husbandry skills working in conjunction with various veterinarians, gaining practical, hands-on training and knowledge. In addition, she advanced her culinary education, working as a head cook for a local restaurant.
When not in her office, Sandra enjoys horseback riding, cheering on her children in endurance riding, jeep off-roading, gardening, and advancing her already exceptional culinary skills.
